How It Works

Land Lease
Dauntless has agreed to a land lease from your airport to acquire the land on which your new hangar will rest. That lease is passed on to you when you purchase your hangar.
Lease Length
Dauntless has entered into a lease to aquire the land is for a specified period of years. During the time of the lease, you may occupy, rent, or sell the hangar, (with the approval of your airport management) or otherwise use it in any way consistent with the rules of your airport management and regulating agencies.
Financing Options
If you wish to finance the purchase of your bird’s new home, you may use a lending institution familiar to you or use one now working with Dauntless Aviation Hangars, LLC. They are acquainted with the program of airport land leases and the construction, use, and re-sale of aircraft hangars.
End of Lease
At the end of the lease, the land—and all items constructed on it—revert to the airport. They may rent it back to you or to anyone to whom the hangar was sold.

The bi-fold door locks for complete security for your plane and any belongings housed in your hangar.
Built to Spec
Larger hangars are available if you have a larger airplane, or intend to house and protect more than one aircraft at a time.
Amenities Included
Electricity, water, and heat are available with the hangar to make it a welcoming first-class home for your airplane.
